Meet Cat

Hi Cat. What’s your role at Punch?
C: Account Manager

Lovely. Tell us, what did you want to be when you grew up?
C: I wanted to be a vet, what drew me to this was the ability to help others human, furry, or scaly. In fact, since I was a little girl I’ve had 17 guinea pigs, four rabbits, two dogs, two cats and a lizard.

That’s a lot of animals, wow. What are you responsible for at Punch?
C: As an Account Manager, I am the link between both clients and colleagues, offering support to maintain and create marketing strategies and ensure all activity is executed to schedule.

What do you love about your job as an Account Manager?
C: What’s not to love? Marketing is one of the best industries to be in simply because nothing is untouchable, nothing is out of reach. You put pen to paper and make the wildest campaigns come to life. It really is the Willy Wonka of the career industry!

What a wonderful way to put it. What do you think is the thing you’re known for?
C: Being vibrant, it’s often the first adjective people use when describing me. I love bright colours and unique designs.

What’s been your favourite Punch project to work on so far?
C: Whilst being relatively new to the Punch Bunch, I’ve already been assigned to some interesting and exciting projects. Ultimately, my favourite is the Punch Rebrand. Working on something that is not only close to home but has an incredible impact is extremely exciting.

Time to get nosy. Where’s your favourite place in the world?
C: Newcastle, Northern Ireland. A place full of childhood memories, where the memorising Mourne Mountains meet the sea.

Sounds utterly magical. If you were going to be an animal, what would you be?
C: I would love to be a fox, many view the fox as cunning but they are more than they are perceived. The fox is focused, they have great adaptability, tactical shrewdness and are determined.

Tell us a little bit about what your lifestyle like.
C: Energetic! I have an incredible family which consists of my doting little boy and my husband. In our spare time you can find us helping our son in discovering the world around him whether it be soft play, playdates or wandering around the forests.

Last question – do you have a saying you love to live by?
C: “The difference between living and existing is purpose.” – You live one life, live it the best you can!
