Overview

Revolutionising the concept of a contact centre, ResQ is an omnichannel technology brand. ResQ is changing the game when it comes to traditional call centres by creating a highly engaged workforce of passionate individuals. 

Over the last 15 years, they’ve grown from just ten agents to over 2000 employees, and as a result of their rapid expansion, ResQ realised they had outgrown their brand and needed help. 

So, they reached out to us – a good call, excuse the pun!

The main challenge was to build a cohesive brand for such a vibrant team who were so invested in the result. The current look and feel didn’t reflect ResQ’s reality as a market leader.

The new brand needed to clearly communicate the future vision of ResQ, and allow their entire workforce to understand what was needed from them to make it happen.

Process

We approached the brand development project by trying to gain as much information as possible. This meant getting to know what made the brand great, and what didn’t.

We wanted to reflect their strong principles as a great place to work, with outstanding technology and a drive to provide the best care for their customers and clients, including high-profile partners like Vodafone.

Outcome

The Punch Creative team performed a complete rebrand for ResQ which included a complete redevelopment of their website and a brand-new content marketing strategy.  

We worked closely with ResQ for three years supporting the team with social media content, design (including animation and video), and SEO. 

Our work helped ResQ revitalise its brand profile and supported the growth of a company with such potential, through an integrated marketing strategy that helps it stand out within its industry.
