A family-run business with a brand commitment to positively impacting people’s lives, it was vital that they found the right marketing partner to share their story.
The Group currently operates a range of independent and IHG branded hotels, including Holiday Inn, Hilton, and Indigo, across the country.

Process
We were originally approached by SHG to help consolidate some of their simple brand collateral. From there, we were asked to review their website presence and propose how we could provide more strategic marketing support to their growing portfolio of hotels.
While some of these hotels already had an established brand, others didn’t, and we worked with them to create a brand that was unique to each hotel, including web and creative design, campaign management, and social media marketing.

We’re proud to still work with the Group, driving over 63,000 bookings in the past 12 months for their three key hotels, alongside reaching 10 million new users across social media and over 750,000 website visits.
