ForHousing is a social housing landlord based across the North West, their portfolio of brands provide a range of associated services with the aim of improving the lives of communities and providing the best possible environment for people to fulfil their potential.

 

Our relationship with ForHousing began when we pitched for their design agency framework early in 2021. The required proposal was to support their brands with a range of our agency services, primarily around design work but also including video, animation, content and digital marketing. Crucially, we were also required to be a good fit in terms of chemistry, offer strong account management and have aligned social principles around respect, wellbeing and social value.

 

The scoring for the agency framework valued quality, communication and the relationship over lowest cost and we were really happy to be awarded as one of their chosen agencies as a result.

 

During our first year working with the marketing and comms team at ForHousing we have supported on a variety of briefs which have offered different challenges. The projects are always interesting from a creative perspective and we are encouraged to flex their brand and develop our ideas – rather than just work on a prescriptive brief.

 

One of our first projects has been creating the Annual Report, one of the biggest pieces of work for the department comprising of a multi-page brochure report, infographic, digital brochure and series of animations. Having multiple dependancies across the organisation, our project management and communication needed to incorporate a detailed project plan and multiple levels of content approval up to final sign off.
