The Grand Hotel & Spa York

The Grand Hotel and Spa is York’s first five-star hotel and the only AA five-star rated hotel in Yorkshire.

The stunning building was first constructed in 1906 as a ‘Palace of Business’, but, today it is the region’s leading luxury hotel and multi-award winner. We were first approached by The Grand to create their brand position – while meeting in a building site with the hotel being constructed around us. From there we worked incredible closely with heads of department to grow their brand profile and develop an audience for the Fine Dining, Spa, Events and Weddings marketing.

Our support to the Grand is structured to be a bolt-on marketing facility for their internal team, eventually driving a full content marketing plan to raise the profile of their brand across the UK and to new audiences across the globe.
