These are not just rows of people in headsets, answering phones. This is an agile omni-channel technology brand partner who are also a fast-growing employer on the North-East coast from Hull to Seaham.
Some companies are honest enough to simply ask for help. They knew the company had outgrown their old brand, and it was beginning to hamper their brand profile. So much so in fact that we were really surprised when we first visited – we had been underwhelmed by their image and hadn’t expected what we found in reality.
Realistically, this project was about letting the genie out of the bottle. The brand and associated marketing output simply did not reflect the brand – a market leader and celebrated employer. Our initial approach was simple, ask questions and get to know what makes the brand great. It was obvious this was going to be a brand that should reflect the real ResQ; an exciting, innovative modern company with a really engaged team with loads of great things to say.
The challenge we had was to make sense of all these superpowers to form a cohesive brand – but one that would not let down a really big team who were very invested in the outcome!
