Supporting a brand giant in digital transformation
Our first design project with GSK was a learning website, designed to support CPD learning within the pharmacy – principally around product knowledge. This included secure access to GSK pharmacies, enabling easy login and access to digital training modules to support learning. The website was supported by a multi-channel communications campaign to raise awareness of the resource.
“MyPharmAssist was a huge success both in terms of raising product awareness with HCPs and engaging a wider audience with our retail portfolio. As a key part of our digital transformation, the project was so well received that it was launched across Europe and eventually worldwide in every GSK territory.”
Elizabeth Hogan, Brand manager, GSK
We provided a range of both internal and external marketing communications for GSK. Because the brand was well-established, we had to propose creative ways to work within the guidelines but also create sympathetic sub-brands to spearhead individual campaigns. At all times, our work had to be managed across global regions, sharing assets and ensuring the core strategy remained consistent.
Following the success of the first project, we were asked to produce individual print and interactive digital product learning modules supported by an awareness campaign to all GSK pharmacies. Our design team have also since supported GSK head office with a number of internal staff facing initiatives to aid talent retention with their international workforce. We’re proud to have supported GSK with their creative design, product brand development, individual product marketing, website design and build, video production and exhibition design.
