Certain things mark landmarks in every year at Punch.
Many our Leeds Digital Agency clients have specific times of year for design projects related to Valentines Day, Easter and of course Christmas. Christmas does in fact come early at Punch for a number of reasons. One is we start marketing for it in January for a number of clients! Another is Helen puts on her bl**dy Christmas tunes in mid October…and of course there is plenty of talk about the Christmas do in the design studio (this Saturday in case you are in Leeds).
Every Christmas we talk about the fact that each year seems to pass more quickly than the last. Then we look back over the year’s design work and realise how much has been done and how many new clients we have worked with.
This year we have been lucky enough to continue our growth at Punch. We have added new talent to our design and web teams and are looking ahead to January to start some really exciting new projects – booking jobs in advance was never a luxury we had in the early days of Punch.
There have been many highlights to 2014 for us. Our first Television campaign went live and was used by Sky TV as an example of demographic-specific advertising. We were asked to create a range of digital presentations for Hallmark’s key clients. We cemented our relationships with a number of existing clients, securing work for 2015. And we had some great new account wins including Hallmark, Sport England, Balfour Beatty and Symphony…in fact we really need to update our own website!
All in all its been another fast-paced but hugely enjoyable year at Punch and we’ve all earned a decent drink together this weekend. So, as we move towards mid December and things get too busy to think about blogging (no matter how much Ian talks about organic SEO) its probably a good time to say thank you to all our clients, suppliers and friends and we wish you all the best for Christmas and the New Year…I’m sure we’ve all earned a few weeks off with our family and friends.
All the best,
The Punch bunch
